As the go-to person for retailers, distributors, and internal teams, you will be working normal day-time business hours Monday-Friday. You will go straight to our client, and , depending on experience and ability, you will earn a wage of $18.00-$24.00 per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, portal regarding orders, pricing, shipping, invoicing, returns, claims.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and manage shipments.
• Build and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Proactively communicate delays or issues.
• Continually improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of two years customer service experience in the flooring industry is required.
• Experience with AS400 strongly preferred.
• Solution-oriented attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent phone presence and written communication skills.
